When the status button says “Available” (green) the TSARA service desk
employee will see in their system that you are online and ready to
receive a call.

Wait until a member of the TSARA service desk calls you
»
Once you see the screen below say “Accept”
3.4 Functionalities within a support call
To see a list of all available functions you can say “Show Commands” this
will display a menu with all commands and functions that are available
during a remote support call.
