When the battery is low, the unit will beep three times.

Remove charging point cover.

Plug the USB cable into the unit and then into a USB port. A
flashing green light will indicate charging.

The device takes two hours to fully charge and lasts five
days with full power (based on using twice a day).
Tip:
Fully charge the battery at least once a month to prolong
its life.

Wet the back of neck

Briefly Press the On/off button once. Place the massager
around the neck ensuring the conductive plates are in
contact with the skin.

Heat Option:
to activate heat press the On/Off & Heat
button. Press the button repeatedly to select High, Medium,
Low Heat, or Heat Off.

Massage:
Select one of the six massage programmes using
the Massage/Programme button.
Note:
The treatment will automatically start on Massage Programme 1. Each massage programme lasts 15 minutes.
