Follow light manufacturer’s instructions to properly wire light once bumper has been installed.  

8.  Center Fill Panel installation 

(no center light installed).

Select the “L” Brackets, 

(Figure 11)

. Attach the Brackets to the top of the (2) mounting tabs 

welded onto the back of the bumper with the included (2) 8mm x 25mm Hex Bolts, (4) 8mm Flat 
Washers, (2) 8mm Lock Washers and (2) 8mm Hex Nuts. Leave loose at this time.  

e. 

Attach the Center Fill Panel to the “L” Brackets with the included (2) 8mm x 25mm Hex Bolts, (4) 
8mm Flat Washers, (2) 8mm Lock Washers and (2) 8mm Hex Nuts, 

(Figure 12)

.  

f. 

Push Fill Panel up against back of Bumper. Align Panel to Bumper and tighten hardware.  

9.  LED light installation at ends of bumper 

as supplied with bumper or sold separately.  

a. 

Insert light into opening in the passenger/right side of the Bumper and up to mounting slot. 
Check for clearance between front and back of light. If necessary, remove screen from back of 
opening, 

(Figure 13)

.  

b. 

Attach (1) light to the slot in the top of the light opening, 

(Figure 13)

.  

c. 

Repeat the above steps for driver/left side light installation. 

d. 

Follow light manufacturer’s instructions to properly wire light once bumper has been installed. 

10. 

Select the Passenger/Right Frame Bracket, 

(Figure 14)

. Attach the Bracket to the frame with (3) 12mm 

x 45mm Hex Bolts, (6) 12mm Flat Washers and (3) 12mm Nylon Lock Nuts, 

(Figures 14 & 15)

.  

11. 

Select the passenger/right Support Bracket. Determine if the vehicle was equipped with tow hooks. 

Models without tow hooks. 

a.  Loosen but do not remove

 the inner/rear body mount bolt, 

(Figure 16)

. Slide the slotted inner 

end of the Support Bracket under the inner/rear body mount bolt.  

b. 

Attach the Support Bracket to the bottom of the frame with the included 14-1.5mm x 50mm 

Fine 

Thread

 Hex Bolt, 14mm Lock Washer and 14mm Flat Washer, 

(Figure 17)

.  

a. 

Attach the front of the Support Bracket to the back of the Mounting Bracket with (2) 10mm x 
30mm Hex Bolts, (2) 10mm Lock Washers and (2) 10mm Flat Washers, 

(Figures 18 & 19)

Leave loose. 

Model with tow hooks. 

b. 

Slide the slotted inner end of the Bracket under the inner/rear tow hook-body mount bolt. Reuse 
the front tow hook bolt or the included 14mm hardware to attach the Support Bracket to the 
bottom of the frame, 

(Figure 17)

.  

c. 

Attach the front of the Support Bracket to the back of the Mounting Bracket with (2) 10mm x 
30mm Hex Bolts, (2) 10mm Lock Washers and (2) 10mm Flat Washers, , 

(Figures 18 & 19)

Leave loose. 

12. 

Repeat 

Steps 10 & 11

 to install the Driver/left Frame and Support Brackets. 

13. 

With assistance, position the Bumper Assembly up to the inside of the Frame Brackets. Temporarily 
support the weight of the Bumper. 

WARNING

: To avoid possible injury or damage to the vehicle, do not 

proceed until the Bumper is fully and safely supported.  

14. 

Insert (1) 12mm Triple Bolt Plate up and through the mounting plate on the back of the passenger/right 
side of the Bumper and through the Mounting Bracket, 

(Figure 20).

 Attach the Bumper to the Bolt Plate 

with (3) 12mm Flat Washers and (3) 12mm Nylon Lock Nuts, 

(Figures 20 & 21)

NOTE

: Triple Bolt 

Plate can be installed on either side of the Mounting Bracket as desired, 

(Figure 20)

. Repeat this Step 

to attach the driver/left side of the Bumper to the Bracket. Do not fully tighten at this time.  

15. 

Level and adjust the bumper and fully tighten all hardware. 

 

16. 

Plug the bumper wire harness into the main harness on the driver/left side of the vehicle. 

 

17. 

If front license plate is required, insert (2) Plastic Plugs into the square holes in the front of the Bumper. 
Reuse the factory screws to attach the license plate to the plastic plugs, 

(Figure 22)

 

18. 

Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.

 

 
To protect your investment

, Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the 

finish. Mild soap may be used to clean the Bumper assembly.
