Function Buttons on monitor:
Program:
There are a total of 5 pre-set programs to select from. P1 & P3 are speed programs, P2
& P4 are incline programs and P5 is speed and incline program. Press the “program”
button to select the desired program. Each program is divided into 20 segments with time
alternative of 20 to 90 minutes (increments of 10 minutes). Ie: 30 minute program will
have 20 segments of 1.5 minutes.
Fast:
Press the “fast” button to increase your speed from 1 to 10mph (16kmph).
Slow:
Press the “slow” button to decrease your speed from 10mph (16kmph) to 1.
Start:
Press the “start” button to start your treadmill.
Stop:
Press the “stop” button to stop your treadmill.
Up:
Press the “up” button to raise the incline position. The maximum incline position is 10.
Down:
Press the “down” button to lower the incline position. The minimum incline position is 0.
Mode:
Press the “mode” button to select function. Press and hold for 2 seconds to reset value to
zero. Press and hold for 4 seconds to reset all values to zero.
3 preset speed: Walk = 4 kmph / 3 mph
Jog = 7 kmph / 5 mph
Run = 10 kmph / 7 mph
