1.3. Displays for training mode selection - press UP or DOWN button to select training mode in MANUAL,
PROGRAM, USER, TARGET H.R. Press MODE to enter.(fig. 3)

1.4. If the training mode selected is Target H.R, the monitor will require an "AGE" input.(fig.4) Press UP button to
input your age, press MODE to enter. Press UP button to select the target heart rate percentage of 55%, or 75%,
90%, or manual input target heart rate figures to assist the training. (fig. 5)

1.5. After training mode is selected, press UP button to set the training resistance level (profile height). (fig. 6) If
the training you selected was Target H.R. mode, the resistance is not able to be adjusted. The resistance will be
adjusted automatically according to the training speed and rpm.
1.6. Press UP or DOWN button to set function target of Time, or Distance, or Calories. (fig. 7)
