2.0 Displays during training
2.1. Time, Distance, Calories and WATT start counting up from zero when the training starts without function
presetting. (fig. 8)
2.2. Before training starts or during training, the profile height could be adjusted (resistance level change) in
MANUAL, PROGRAM, and USER training mode.
2.3. If there is any function preset before training, it starts to counting down when the training starts. (fig.9)
(fig. 9)
(fig. 10)
3.0 Displays when the training is stop
3.1 Press START/STOP button during training can interrupt the training. All function data will stop counting.
(fig.10 )
3.2 The preset function data will show the figure after counting down for a while. Press START/STOP button
again to have the function counting down from the stop point.
3.3 The function which was counting up from zero will stop after pressing START/STOP button, and counting up
again from the stop point after pressing START/STOP button again.
4.0 Target Heart Rate control training
4.1.The monitor will keep tracking your current heart rate figure compared to the preset target and make
adjustment to the resistance level during training.
(fig. 11)
(fig. 12)
4.2. If the current heart rate is less than the target, the resistance level will be increased (fig. 11) per level in every 30
seconds till the resistance is achieved to the maximum.
4.3. If the current heart rate is over the target, the resistance level will be decreased (fig. 12) immediately and keep
decreasing one level in every 15 seconds till the resistance is dropped to level one.
4.4. When the training resistance is dropped down to level one but the heart rate figure is still higher than the target for
1 minute, the monitor will stop and have beep alarm to remind you as a protection solution.
4.5. If the training mode you select is MANUAL, or PROGRAM, or USER, when you preset a target heart rate figure, the
monitor will have visible blinking alarm when the current heart rate figure is over than the target but without any
resistance level adjustment feature.
