J HEART RATE TRAINING ZONE
The heart rate training zone lets you keep track of the zone you are currently exercising in: Fat Burning, Healthy Heart, or
Aerobic.
To determine you target heart rate, select the type of exercise program you wish to follow. Your MAXIMUM HEART RATE
(MHR) is calculated as follows:
MHR = 220 – Age
Exercising above 90% of your MHR is not recommended.
Exercising at 80-90% of your MHR provides an aerobic workout.
Exercising at 70-80% of your MHR provides a moderate workout for a
healthy heart.
Exercising at 60-70% of your MHR provides a fat burning workout.
It is difficult to achieve exercise benefits exercising at bellow 60% of
your MHR.
K GOAL DISPLAY (E250X / E390X)
