Operation Instruction

I. Power Mode:

1. Boot mode: after open the power, the buzzer long call and display all screen (Figure
1), and after 2 seconds entering the user settings screen (Figure 2).
2. Dormancy model: When no any operation or no RMP signal input after 4 minutes, 
The meter will enter the dormancy model, can be sport or press any key to awaken the
meter.

II. USER SETTING:

Under the original state, Press

“U2”, “U3”, “U4”

1. Press 

ENTER

 key to confirm the select, enter the SEX setting: flashing display 

“SEX” on the right of the screen, Press

 key to select female and male.

2. Press 

ENTER

 key to confirm the SEX, enter the AGE setting: flashing display 

“AGE” on the right of the screen, Press

 key to setting the age.

3. Press 

ENTER

 key to confirm the age and enter the H.t setting: flashing display 

“H.t” on the right of the screen, Press

4. Press 

ENTER

 key to confirm the Height and enter the Weight setting: flashing 

display “W.t” on the right of the screen, Press

 key to setting the weight.

5. Press 

ENTER

 key to confirm the weight enter the sports program mode to select 

picture.
