This treadmill have the foldable mechanism for storage, 

when storage must stop all movement (include treadmill 

belt stop, take off the power cord). Then fold the main 

frame as the direction shown in the picture. Be sure the 

foot plate inserts the tube of base frame. Opposite, if want 

to use treadmill

step on the fixing plate as the direction. 

When it disjoins from tube of base frame, be careful to pull 

down the main frame. One person stands beside the 

treadmill, the main frame will be slowly to the ground 

automatically.

fold the treadmill at first, hold the rear adjust cap with 

your hands, then let the treadmill descend and do not 

move the treadmill until the roller can be moved
