Dismount the door handle and attach it to the
corresponding other door outer side. Refer to the
instructions in "Assembling the door handle".
Transfer the cover caps on the exposed holes to
the respective other door outer side.
Check that the door is optimally aligned both vertical-
ly and horizontally to ensure smooth opening and
closing of the door.
Startup / Operation
Prior to first use
CAUTION:
After transport, the appliance should be left standing
upright for four hours before connecting to the power
supply. Nonobservance could lead to malfunction of
the cooling system and causes an appliance break-
down.
Clean the appliance interior including all accessory
parts. Consider the instructions which we provide in
the chapter “Cleaning and Maintenance”.

Function description
Temperature adjustment
Press the TEMP°C button several times to set the
desired inside temperature in the range from
-14°C to -24°C.
The display shows the temperature selection.
Super freeze function
Keep pressing the SUPER FREEZE 3” button for
approx. 3 seconds to activate / deactivate the super
freeze function.
If the function is activated the display shows
[-24]
and
the symbol lights.
When the super freezing function is activated, the
device operates at maximum power to speed up the
freezing process.
The super freezing function shuts off automatically
after about 52 hours. The internal temperature
adapts to the preset temperature.
The function can be ended at any time before the
switch-off time has expired.
Alarm function
As soon as the freezer door remains open for more
than one minute, an acoustic signal sound.
The symbol
flashes on the display.
Press the ALARM button or close the appliance door
to stop the signal tone.
Starting the appliance
Connect the appliance to the power supply.
Set the operating conditions. See also the follow-
ing section "Settings".
Settings
Note that the temperature will change depending on
the ambient temperature, frequency of door opening
and the amount of food in the appliance.
During initial operation, adjust the lowest possible
temperature level or select the super freeze function
first, until the appliance has reached the desired op-
