Use of cabinet
Lighting
The cabinet lighting is controlled by a switch on
the bottom right of the cabinet.
Thermostat/thermometer
A remote thermostat/thermometer is
positioned on the bottom right of the cabinet to
control the temperature ("Fig. 35").
The remote thermostat displays the existing
temperature inside the housing and the
temperature is controlled using the dedicated
buttons.
F
Never leave upper sliders open or ajar.
It is advisable to often check that all
sliders are closed: you will thus avoid
unnecessary energy consumption and
frost build-ups on the walls and you will
also allow better foods preservation.
The use of the various functions depends on the
product to display (tall, short, humid, dry, etc.).
To prevent the product drying out it is
recommended to activate the “STEAM”
function.
Pour assurer une température du produit
exposé de 65°C, il est nécessaire de régler la
température de l'armoire à une valeur
supérieure à 70°C.
For taller products it is recommended to enable
the CEILING HEATING LAMP; this heats the
surface of the product by radiation from above.
The position of the product compared to the
bulb is important; a central position ensures
that it receives the maximum amount of heat.
In a lateral position, furthest from the source of
radiation, the product receives a lower amount
of heat.
The maximum temperature and humidity
performance is possible with the three functions
active at the same time.
The sliding doors must only be opened at the
moment of service. Frequent opening negatively
affects the performance of the display cabinet.
During periods of inactivity, it is recommended
to close the stop cock on the water supply line.

Cleaning and ordinary
maintenance
Good visibility in the intervention area is
recommended, possibly using an additional
light source.
Cleaning the cabinet
Only use water at a maximum temperature of
65°C and household soap or neutral detergent
diluted in water.
For glass surfaces use only products for cleaning
glass. It is recommended to avoid the use of
water since it may deposit limestone on the
surface of the glass.
Never use:
• Abrasive sponges
• Flammable or abrasive products such as
alcohol, acetone or solvents
• Detergents that contain non-ionic
surfactants, lemon or vinegar (acetic acid)
F
Do not wash or clean the top part of the
cabinet with water or liquids.
Clean all the external parts of the cabinet
ONCE
A WEEK
