Test instructions
for the metrology test
A) Function test
Function tests of the device can only be performed on a human subject
or a suitable simulator.
B) Test of tightness of the pressure circuit and pressure
display deviation
Remove the batteries. Then set up the test as shown in figure 3.
Hold down the white START/STOP button as soon as you have
reinserted the batteries. The white START/STOP button must be
held down until a "0" appears in the display screen of the boso
TM-2450.
Then carry out the pressure display deviation test and pressure
circuit tightness test in the usual way, bearing in mind that the
cuff set-up time is at least 30 seconds. The batteries must be
removed and reinserted again to return to measuring mode after
completing the test.
C) Safeguard
The upper and lower halves of the casing are connected by an orienta-
tion mark to make sure that they are correctly oriented.
