Entry and Arm/Disarm Reader
A Reader can be configured to allow arming or disarming a group of Input Points (collectively
called an Alarm Zone), using methods similar to Door Access such as, Manual Card Number
entry, Card only, Card + PIN code and common Reader's PIN code (please refer to the previ-
ous section for detail).
Cardholders allowed to arm/disarm the Alarm Zone are configured under the section Card
Assignment, Card Functionality.
The statuses of the Alarm Zone are indicated via the LED. The following tables shows the HID
compliant reader and S-series reader indicators for easy reference.
