The PowerSim® burner is

fi nesse. It can generate a blazing
16,000 BTU for fast boiling or quick
searing. At the other extreme, the
built-in diffuser distributes heat evenly
to let you simmer delicate sauces or
melt chocolate without scorching.
Concealed Bake Element
The oven cavity fl oor hides an 8-pass
bake element, offering maximized heat
distribution for more even cooking.
Since the element is not exposed,
you get more usable space for that
extra sheet of chocolate chip cookies.
Flexibility doesn’t stop here since the
hidden bake element also makes for
the easiest way to clean the inside of
your oven.
Triple Element Burners
The burners are available
in 5"/7"/9" and 6"/9"/12"
confi gurations, and are designed
to effi ciently accommodate a wide

Meat Probe
Our built-in automatic meat
temperature probe will allow
you to cook more accurately and enjoy
perfect meals all the time. When foods
reach the preset internal temperature,
the oven beeps and turns itself off —
giving you optimal temperature control.
And by not overcooking, your food also
maintains its nutritional value. Food
tastes better, and you eat healthier.
OptiSim®
This OptiSim® burner cooks
at a low 450 BTU to delicately
simmer even the most sensitive sauces
or melt chocolate by evenly spreading
the fl ame across the bottom of the pot
to help prevent scorching.

keeping food ready to serve or
prewarming dishes.
Genuine European
Convection w/ACS
This feature offers a powerful
1,100-watt third heating element
that surrounds the convection fan,
circulating preheated air throughout
the oven. By optimizing heat circulation

Circulation System (ACS) allows food
to be cooked more evenly in up to 30%
less time.
