Perform thermal disinfection to kill off pathogens (e.g.
legionella) on a regular basis. For larger DHW systems, there
may be legal requirements (

thermal disinfection. Observe the instructions in the technical
documentation of the heat source.

EMS 2 heat source. The entire DHW volume is automatically heated up daily at the

not performed if within 12 h before the set time the DHW volume was already heated
up at least once to the set temperature (e.g. due to solar yield).

water is heated to above 60 °C.

outside normal hours of use.
