PROTECTION AGAINST DEEP
DISChARGING
The lithium ion battery is protected against
deep discharging by the “Electronic Cell
Protection (ECP)”. When the battery is
empty, the cordless worklight is switched off
by means of a protective circuit.
TURNING ThE WORKLIGhT ON
To turn the Flashlight "ON", press the On/Off
switch. To turn Flashlight "OFF", press the
On/Off switch (Fig. 1).
Do not continue to press
the On/Off switch after the
cordless worklight has been automatically
switched off.
The battery can be damaged.
ADjUSTING ThE BRIGhTNESS
Press the On/Off switch briefly to switch on
the cordless worklight at maximum
brightness. To adjust the brightness in 2
stages, hold down the On/Off switch until the
required brightness is obtained.
TEMPERATURE DEPENDENT
OVERLOAD PROTECTION
In order to protect both the user as well as
the flashlight, the tool will automatically turn
off if the heat sink reaches 50ºC (or 122º F).

To reduce the risk of electric shock, disconnect battery pack before
cleaning or servicing.

WARNING
INSERTING AND RELEASING
BATTERY PACK
Release battery pack from tool by pressing on
both sides of the battery release tabs and pull
downward (Fig. 2).
To insert battery, align battery and slide
battery pack into tool until it locks into position.
Do not force.
If battery release tabs are
cracked or otherwise
damaged, do not insert into tool.
Battery can
fall out during operation.

Keep the cordless worklight away from cardiac pacemakers.
The magnet
inside the cordless worklight generates a field that can impair the function of
cardiac pacemakers and lead to serious injury.
