The ambient temperature and the workpieces to be glued
must not be colder than +5 °C and not warmer than +50 °C.
Materials that cool the adhesive down quickly should be
warmed first with a hot air gun.
Gluing (see image A)
To open the glue stick compartment, push the slider

Switch the glue pen on and allow it to heat up. The light-up
ring

will flash slowly.
As soon as the light-up ring

is continuously lit up, the glue
pen is ready to use.
Move the slider

with moderate pressure to
deliver the adhesive. If the slider hits the front end, the glue
stick

has been used up. Insert a new glue stick.
Apply the adhesive to one side (see "Application tips",
page 16).
Press the materials you wish to glue together against each
other for around 10 to 30 seconds immediately after applying
the adhesive. Correcting the bonding location is still possible
at this point.
The bond is stable after approx. two minutes of cooling time.

Make sure you do not come into contact with the hot ad-
hesive.
Use a silicone mat to press permeable materials to-
gether.

Note:
If a new glue stick is inserted, it will push the rest of the
previous glue stick out before the new colour or material
comes out. Please take note of this fact when changing the
colour or material of the glue stick.

Do not use flammable solvents to clean the bonding loc-
ations.
The hot glue could ignite any solvent residue or re-
lease hazardous fumes.
Adhesive residue on clothing cannot be removed.
The bonding locations can be painted.
