1 pinch salt
Note:
Process max. 1½ times the
quantity at the same time.

Insert kneading hook.
¡
Add all ingredients.
¡
Process for 30 seconds at set-
ting 1.
¡
Process for 3-6 minutes at set-
ting 3.
Pasta dough
¡
300 g flour
¡
150 g eggs (approx 3)
¡
15-30 ml cold water (as wished)

Insert kneading hook.

Add all ingredients.
