6 REPAIR
6.1 General
disassembly
Tools:
►
Flat-tipped slotted screwdriver , 6 - 8 mm blade width
►
Crosshead-Screwdriver
6.1.1 Procedure
DANGER!
Risk of electric shock!

Pull out mains plug before disassembly.
Appliance must not be live!
WARNING
Risk of damage!

You do not need to unscrew the control panel or
the rotating switch to open the housing.
Four crosshead-screws and 11 snap-in hooks connect the bottom
group of the appliance to the upper section of the housing.
To open the housing:
►
Lie the appliance on its back

Unscrew the 4 crosshead-screws

in the bottom group
►
Undo the 11 snap-in hooks. To do so, insert a flat-tipped slotted
screwdriver in the openings on the bottom group and carefully
push the snap-in hooks in the direction shown in the diagram
►
Detach the upper section of the housing from the bottom group.
Note the length of the electric cables as you do so
►
To reassemble, proceed in the reverse order of disassembly.
Make sure that cables are not trapped and all snap-in hooks snap in
to place securely.
Tightening torque for the screws

0.6 – 1.0 Nm.
