Insert stirring whisk.

Add eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla
sugar or lemon zest.

Process for 10 seconds at set-
ting 1.
¡
Then process for 2 minutes at set-
ting 5.
¡
Add butter and process for
60 seconds at setting 3.
¡
Add flour and baking powder and
process for 2 minutes at setting 1.
¡
Select setting 3.
¡
Add the milk within 2 minutes.
Shortcrust pastry
¡
125 g butter
¡
100-125 g sugar
¡
1 egg
¡
1 pinch salt
¡
A little vanilla sugar or lemon zest
¡
250 g flour
¡
Baking powder (as wished)
