5.1
Notes about Transport (Shipping) Instructions
The motors must be transported in their original package taking classes 2K2,
2B1, 2C2, 2S2, 2M1 specified acc. to DIN EN 60721-3-2 into account.
Please observe the following classification limitations:

Transport temperature range -20 ... +80 ℃
●
Relative air humidity max. 75 % (at +30 °C)
●
No occurrence of salt mist
Before transport, discharge the liquid coolant from liquid-cooled
motors to avoid frost damage.
5.2
Instructions on Machine Transport
Never touch the connection points of
electrostatic sensitive devices!
NOTICE
Installed components (e.g., KTY84, encoder) may contain
electrostatic sensitive devices (ESD).
Observe ESD safety measures.
Risk of injury and material damage due to
improper handling during transport!
WARNING
Only use hoisting gear suited for the weight of the motors.
To lift the motor, use the provided ring screw on the motor.
Tighten it before use.
Never walk under hanging loads.
Do not lift the motor on the shaft or on the fan housing.
Use suitable protective equipment and protective clothing
during transport, and wear safety shoes.
Please note DIN 580 standard on the transport of motors by
means of lifting eye bolts. Non-observance of the information in
this standard may cause overload of the lifting eye bolts and
result in injury to persons or damage to products.
