11  Demounting and replacement

 WARNING

Pressurized and energized system parts!

When working on pressurized and/or energized system parts there is a risk of injury
caused by discharging hydraulic fluid or electric shock.

Before demounting ensure that the hydraulic system is depressurized.

Disconnect the system from the power supply.

Explosion hazard and/or risk of fire due to the ignition of an existing explosive
atmosphere!

Serious injuries caused by high explosion pressure and fire

.

During demounting and replacement work, there may be no explosive
atmosphere.

The end-user of the system must provide suitable ambient conditions.

Components overturning/falling down!

Death or very serious injury when parts of the body are hit and/or squeezed.

Secure the parts to be demounted against falling down.

Only use lifting gear and lifting accessories, which can reliably bear the weight
of the load.

Before lifting the manifold block, remove any parts lying on top.

Wear safety shoes, protective gloves and a protective helmet when lifting above
head height.

 CAUTION

Leaking hydraulic fluid!

Hydraulic fluid may leak during mounting and demounting of hydraulic components.
Consequently, persons may slip or fall.

After mounting, provide the hydraulic fluid-carrying bores with suitable plug
elements.

Immediately remove spilled hydraulic fluid and dispose of it properly.
