Safety
Risk of injury due to live parts! Lifting of
heavy loads!
WARNING

Install the energy storage device only when it is de-energized and not
connected electrically.
●
Use suitable lifting equipment and protective equipment and wear pro‐
tective clothing during transport.
●
Do not lift or move the energy storage device by the fan unit.
●
Please observe the safety instructions in the preceding chapters, espe‐
cially the notes regarding transport in
chapter 10.4 "Transport and stor‐
Carry out all work steps with particular care. This minimizes the risk of acci‐
dents and damage.

Mechanical attachment
11.2.1
Attachment
Fastening screws
To attach the energy storage devices properly and safely to the machine,
Bosch Rexroth recommends the following screws and washers for attach‐
ment.
●
Frame size BA1N16
–
Hexagon head screws DIN EN ISO 4014
or
–
Cylinder head screws DIN EN ISO 4762
and
–
Washer DIN EN ISO 7090 - ... - 200 HV
If screws and washers other than the recommended ones are
used, the property class of the screws and the hardness class of
the washers must be equivalent in order to ensure that the re‐
quired tightening torques are transmitted (see
).
