The open-circuit voltage of the battery must not fall below +21 V, as otherwise
the battery cells might be damaged.
For this reason, start the charging process of the battery as of an open-circuit
voltage of +22 V by connecting the UPS to the +24 V supply. The charging proc-
ess starts automatically.
