AutoBackupF
Auto backup fault: Automatic data backup
This signal is available from version V2.600 of the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
.
Input signal used for:
•
Compact system (
AutoBackupF
)
•
Communication unit (
AutoBackupF
)
If an error occurred during the automatic backup, the
AutoBackupF
signal will be set to “High”. The signal
will only change back to “Low” when the next backup process could be completed without error or after
restart of the component.
Possible causes for
AutoBackupF
: Mass storage (CF card) not available, timeout component, reset or
OFF/ON component.
If a component is replaced by an incorrect component after previous backup, no backup is created of this
component if the backup is started again. The
AutoBackupF
PLC signal is set. A backup is only possible
if the backup of the component was either deleted and a new backup is created by means of the trigger
conditions of
Auto backup/restore
, or if a backup is started with the
Backup
button. Afterwards, the
AutoBackupF
PLC signal is reset.
AutoBackupRun
Auto backup run: Sequence of the automatic backup process
This signal is available from version V2.600 of the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
.
Input signal used for:
•
Compact system (
AutoBackupRun
)
•
Communication unit (
AutoBackupRun
)
This signal changes to "high" if the automatic backup is being carried out. The signal changes to "low"
as soon as the backup has been completed.
AutoBackupTrgd
Auto backup trigger: Automatic data backup, sequence
This signal is available from version V2.600 of the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
.
Input signal used for:
•
Compact system (
AutoBackupTrgd
)
•
Communication unit (
AutoBackupTrgd
)
This signal changes to "high" if the automatic backup has been triggered and could, however, not be
started yet as there is e.g. a user logged in via the BS350. The signal changes to "low" when the backup
can be started (e.g. user logs off in the BS350).
AutoRestoreF
Auto restore run: Sequence of the automatic restore process
This signal is available from version V2.600 of the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
.
Input signal used for:
•
Compact system (
AutoRestoreF
)
•
Communication unit (
AutoRestoreF
)
This signal changes to "high" if the automatic restore could not be correctly completed. The signal
changes to “low” as soon as the automatic restore was correctly completed.
Possible causes for
AutoRestoreF
: Mass storage (CF card) not available, backup data not available,
timeout component, reset or OFF/ON component.
When changing the KE in a multi-channel system, a new CF350 may also be installed with the new KE.
To prevent automatic restore of a backup not fitting the tightening cell, the contents of the backup are
checked for plausibility. The automatic restore is only carried out if the KE recognizes at least one
component.
This means, at least one component with the related serial number must exist in the tightening cell and
the administration structure of the automatic backup (CF350) on the KE.
