CcwAND
Counter clock wise AND: AND operation for loosening program
This signal is available as of version V2.300 of the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
.
Input signal used for:
•
Tightening channel (
CcwAND
)
•
Communication unit in single-channel operation (
CH x.y CcwAND
)
This signal tightening program no. 99 "Loosen" in one tightening channel when
Ccw
and
CcwAND
are
set to "high". If the
Ccw
or
CcwAND
start signal changes to "low" while tightening is in progress, the
tightening program is aborted with NOK. After an OK/NOK evaluation has been made, the signal can be
set to "low" without any effect on the analysis.
The signal must be assigned in the PLC assignment table in order that the AND operation of both signals
will be activated. Thereafter, the loosening program can only be started when both signals are "high".
CcwLock
Counter clock wise lock: Loosen disable
Input signal used for:
•
Tightening channel (
CcwLock
)
•
Communication unit in single-channel operation (
CH x.y CcwLock
)
This signal locks the tightening program Loosen no. 99 in a tightening channel.
CS ILIn
Compact System Indra Logic In Bit CH.0-7: IL-specific input signal
Input signal used for:
•
Tightening channel (
CS ILIn x.0-7
)
IL-specific signals are provided for special adjustments to customer requirements. They are suitable for
tasks such as looping through signals: A signal can be read into the controller via interface modules. The
controller then transfers the signal to the partner controller where it is output.
Cw
Clock wise: Starts tightening in clockwise direction
Input signal used for:
•
Tightening channel (
Cw
)
•
Communication unit in single-channel operation (
CH x.y Cw
)
•
Communication unit in application operation (
FO x Cw
)
A selected tightening program or a selected application is started with the
Cw
start signal. The start signal
remains set to "high" during the entire execution, until OK/NOK evaluation. If the
Cw
start signal changes
to "low" while tightening is in progress, the tightening program or the tightening application will be
aborted with NOK and the quality evaluation with "Canceled by PLC". After OK/NOK evaluation, the
signal can be set to “low” with no effect on the tightening or application.
If an attempt is made to start an invalid tightening program or an invalid application (e. g. not programmed
or incorrectly programmed tightening process), the start will be accepted, but the tightening program or
tightening application is immediately stopped and evaluated with NOK. In addition, a system error is
reported (NF = 0) (error codes 1203 or 2123).
If a tightening application is started that was already started in another application block, the start will be
accepted, but the tightening program or the application is immediately stopped and evaluated with NOK.
In addition, a system error is reported (
NF
= 0) (error code 2107).
No zero point test is implemented when program no. 99 is started with the signal
Ccw
.
CAUTION
The nutrunner can be started by setting the
CcwAND
signal while the start switch is pushed and held.
This cannot be changed by the operator.
