If a tightening program or an application accessing channels that are already running or have a system
error is started, the start will be accepted, but the tightening program or the application is immediately
stopped and evaluated with NOK. In addition, a system error is reported (NF = 0) (error code 2108).
If the hand-held nutrunner function, and thus the function
Play at start switch
is active in the channel
configuration, a start of the nutrunner is considered to have failed if the maximum torque occurred has
remained below the defined torque threshold

. The controller then does not performs any evaluation (OK/
NOK) and results output.
CwAND
Clock wise AND: AND operation for tightening program
This signal is available as of version V2.300 of the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
.
Input signal used for:

This signal starts a selected tightening program if
Cw
and
CwAND
are set to "high" (logic AND). If the
Cw
or
CwAND
start signal changes to "low" while tightening is in progress, the tightening program is
aborted with NOK. After an OK/NOK evaluation has been made, the signal can be set to "low" without
any effect on the analysis.
The signal must be assigned in the PLC assignment table in order that the AND operation of both signals
will be activated. Thereafter, tightening can only be started when both signals are "high".
CwLock
Clock wise lock: Disables the starting function
Input signal used for:

This signal serves to lock the start of the selected tightening program.
CntRes
Counter Reset: Resets the counter value

When this signal is set to "high", both counters of the OK/NOK counter are reset to their programmed
initial state. Simultaneously, the channel is enabled, i. e. any nutrunners locked by the OK/NOK counter
will be released.

This threshold can be set in the start step of the tightening program; the default value is 5 % of the
spindle's nominal torque. It is active when the additional
hand-held nutrunner
function was activated.
Speed monitoring is not performed when program no. 47 is started via the sequence test!
CAUTION
The nutrunner can be started by setting the
CwAND
signal while the start switch is pushed and held.
This cannot be changed by the operator.
