The OK evaluation is set to "0", NOK to "1" and JobCyCmp to "0".
the
BoxNut LEDxAck
signals are also set to "0" or mirror the
BoxNut LEDx
signals, if these are applied
in the PLC table.
Job Start
Starts a job
This signal is available in the compact system as of version V2.300, KE as of V2.400 and SE as of
V2.500 of the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
.
Input signal used for:
•
Tightening channel: Compact system (
Job Start
)
•
Communication unit in single-channel operation (
CH x.y Job Start
)
•
Communication unit in application operation (
KE Job Start
)
This signal starts a job.
Job 0-7
Job 0-7: Selects a job
This signal is available in the compact system as of version V2.300, KE as of V2.400 and SE as of
V2.500 of the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
.
Input signal used for:
•
Tightening channel: Compact system (
Job 0-7
)
•
Communication unit in single-channel operation (
CH x.y Job 0-7
)
•
Communication unit in application operation (
KE Job 0-7
)
Using these bits, the jobs 0 to 249 can be selected.
These eight inputs are used to transfer the binary encoded job number to the tightening controller. The
job number is valid within the tightening controller if the job acknowledgement signals correspond to the
selected job. The job number must be selected and acknowledged by the system before the job
sequence is started.
KE ILIn
Communication system Indra Logic In Bit 0-7: IL-specific input signal
Input signal used for:
•
Communication unit in application operation (
KE ILIn x.0-7
)
IL-specific signals are provided for special adjustments to customer requirements. They are, e.g., suitable
for looping through signals: a signal can be read by the controller via interface modules and then output
to the partner controller using the controller.
NOKAc
Not OK acknowledge: NOK acknowledge
Input signal used for:
•
Tightening channel (
NOKAc
)
•
Communication unit in single-channel operation (
CH x.y NOKAc
)
•
Communication unit in application operation (
FO x NOKAc
)
The tightening system also provides you with an option to prevent further starts after an NOK tightening.
A restart is only possible after the
NOKAc
signal has been set to "low".
This function is active if the signal
NOKAc
is set to "high" at the starting point. If tightening is evaluated
with NOK, the tightening system is ready to restart after the
NOKAc
signal has been reset to "low". The
system is ready to start when the
InCy
or
InCyCcw
signal is shown to be "low". Setting
NOKAc
to "low"
will also reset
NOK
.
If it is configured for the job, the OK/NOK counter is automatically selected when the job is started.
