The tightening system also features the option of preventing further starts after NOK tightening
(
NOKByps
to "high"). Restart is not possible before the
NOKAcByps
signal is set to "low".
This function is active if the
NOKAcByps
signal is set to "high" at start time. After NOK tightening
(
NOKByps
"high"), the tightening system is ready to be restarted by resetting the
NOKAcByps
signal to
"low". The system is ready to start when the
InCy
or
InCyCcw
signal is shown to be "low". Setting
NOKAcByps
to "low" also resets
NOKByps
.

Only bits 0 to 5 can be used. Bits 6 and 7 are reserved for future versions.
The binary encoded program number is forwarded to the tightening controller through these six inputs.
The program number is valid within the tightening controller if the program acknowledgement signals
correspond to the selected program. The program number must be selected and acknowledged by the
system before the start of the tightening.
If
NOKAc
is assigned to input 0.3 in the PLC table of a tightening channel with ErgoSpin, the signal is
inverted, i.e. the signal changes to "low" when the ErgoSpin tool button is pushed, and to "high" when
the tool button is released.

signal must not be set to "low" and reset to "high" as

is otherwise not reset.

If the OK/NOK counter is configured for the program, the counter will be automatically selected when the
program is selected.
