Reset Fault: Resets a system error of the tightening cell or the KE
Input signal used for:

This input can be used to simultaneously acknowledge class 3 system errors on the tightening channel,
KE, or the entire tightening cell. If an error acknowledgement is possible, SE and KE system errors will be
deleted within 1 s.

We recommend resetting the results before every restart. Please also observe the

signal is set to "high".
ResRsAll
Reset Result All: Resets the result on all channels
Input signal used for:

with x = 1 ... 8)
The signal
FO x ResRsAll
with x = 1…8 executes a
FO x ResRs
at application level and a
Ch x.y ResRs
on all channels of the currently selected application.

The section defined in the "KE field bus data" (application data) configuration for the application
block is cleared.
•
The sections of the single channels (single channel data) involved in the application are cleared.
In connection with results output via the IL functional block, the signal
FO x ResRsAll
only clears the
single-channel results and the application result of the application last executed in this application block.
ScanCTS
Scanner ClearToSend: Scanner ready to send
Input signal used for:
•
Tightening channel: Compact system
If present for at least 100 ms, the
ScanCTS
signal resets the
ScanRxID
, thus confirming its receipt.
Thereafter, a new ID-code can be registered and evaluated via the
ScanRxID
signal.
If the
ScanCTS
signal is not applied and the scanner is selected as ID-code source,
ScanRxID
is
automatically reset when the ID-code is applied after tightening has been started.
ScanRdy IL
Scanner Ready IL: Scanner ready for internal logic
Input signal used for:
•
Tightening channel: Compact system with integrated logic
If the signal
ScanRdy IL
is present for at least 100 ms, it resets the signal
ScanRxID IL
and thus confirms
its receipt. Afterwards, the integrated logic can collect and analyze a new ID code.
From version V2.200 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350, up to 99 tightening programs are possible
(program 0 to 98). As before, program 99 is the loosening program.
