Tightening Technology |
Bosch Rexroth AG 151
System 350
| 3 608 878 300/2019-03
Possible causes for
KE Rdy
= "low" are:
•
KE boot process is running
•
KE350 / KE350G IL system error
•
Sequence test activated by BS350
Signal curves are described in section
Behavior of FC Rdy and FO x Rdy in ByPass mode
.
Rdy y
Ready: Tightening application ready
Output signal used for:
•
Communication unit in application operation (
FO x Rdy y
)
The
Rdy
y signal indicates that the tightening application is ready to start.
In the tightening application, no. y is independent of the
FO x Seq 0-5
selection. The following table lists
examples of FO Rdy y.
FC Rdy
:
FC Rdy
is set to "high" if
KE Rdy
and
Rdy
of all tightening channels in the system are set to
"high".
The following conditions must be met before
FO Rdy y
= "high":
•
Enabled by PLC:
FC En
= „High“
•
KE is ready-to-operate:
KE Rdy
= „High“
•
For all tightening channels involved in the application:
Rdy
= "high" (ready-to-operate) and
InCy
=
"low" (start active=inactive)
A tightening channel involved in the application must not be released for individual channel operation via
the "Ch x.y SEn" signal.
The
FO Rdy y
signal can, e.g., be used to prevent two tightening applications that are accessing the
same tightening channels from being started simultaneously.
RedH
Redundancy too high: The redundancy is too high
Output signal used for:
•
Tightening channel (
RedH
)
•
Communication unit in single-channel operation (
CH x.y RedH
)
Results description after a completed tightening sequence. The redundancy is above the defined
tolerance value.
ScanRdy
Scanner ready: Scanner ready
Output signal used for:
•
Tightening channel: Compact system
This signal indicates the current status of the scanner within the ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner. The
scanner is ready when
ScanRdy
= "high". Otherwise, the scanner is disabled, not ready or inexistent.
ScanRxID
Scanner read ID: The ID code has been read
Output signal used for:
•
Tightening channel: Compact system
FC Rdy
"high" is not a requirement for starting the application.
Table 5–4:
Examples of FO Rdy y
Meaning
PLC signal
Tightening application 0 ready
FO Rdy 0 = „High“
Tightening application 1 ready
FO Rdy 1 = „High“
Tightening application 2 not ready
FO Rdy 2 = „Low“
...
...
Tightening application 47 ready
FO Rdy 47 = „High“
