Tightening process with opening the flat output drive in tightening direction
Below, the process for opening the flat output drive in tightening direction and the relevant PLC signals
are illustrated in chronological sequence.

The
Cw
PLC signal is applied to the ErgoSpin start switch. While the start switch is pressed, the
tightening program or loosening program is executed.
If the start switch is pressed again, the flat output drive is opened. On reaching the open position, the
tightening program is stopped (
GO_Open
from "low" to "high"). For this purpose, the opening program
has to be linked to the tightening program or the loosening program.
