In tightening applications, the file name is preceded by “
FO_
” (for “Fastening Operation”) and the file
extension
*.txt
is added

. For results output for a single tightening channel, the prefix "
CH_
" (for
"Channel") is prefixed. The sequence number will be added if available. Here, too,
*.txt
is added as the
file extension.
The following conditions must be fulfilled to ensure that the tightening system uses the sequence number:
•
Four more spaces than the number of characters in the ID code file must be released in the mask for
ID code masking (see example).
To enter the mask for the file name:

In the BS350 operating system, click
System
Tightening cell data.

Click
FTP
.
3.
Select the
File system
index card.
4.
At
File name definition
, click the desired locations in the
Mask
line.
By entering an exemplary string in the
Example ID code
field, the results in the mask can be directly
read. Additionally, the corresponding file name is also displayed below the field for tightening results.
In the
File name generated from
field, there are two options for selection:
– ID code masked
Examples of file names that have been generated from the ID code are contained in figure
.
– Cycle counter
As a consequence of this value, the whole field
Example ID code
cannot be changed any more.
Files names that are generated from the cycle counter have a fixed length of 12 characters and
start with a zero (0) as the cycle counter has always 12 digits and a leading zero. Sample names
are "L 012345678912.txt" or "L 000000000123.txt".
