VM350 power supply module
The VM350 power supply module is used to supply power to all slots in the card rack field or in the system
box. One VM350 is required for each card rack field or system box. The VM350 has an interface at the
front. On the one hand, this interface serves to centrally supply the emergency off signal and therefore to
centrally enable the motors in all servo amplifiers (LT35x, LTU350/1, LTS350D/LTE350D). On the other
hand, via this interface, the VM350 provides the power supply for the fan modules integrated into the
system boxes.

SE352 and SE352M control units
The control unit controls and monitors the tightening process of up to two independent tightening
channels per control unit.
All programs and program parameters required for this are stored completely on the SE. The control unit
provides storage space for up to 99 free tightening programs per tightening channel. Results data for the
tightening (measured values, tightening graphs, and error information) are directly output by the control
unit during the tightening process. The control unit also implements the system diagnosis and monitors
all individual components of a tightening channel.
Depending on the control unit, the following interfaces are available:

Servo amplifiers for tightening spindles and ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunners
The digital servo amplifiers control the EC motor or the ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner. The control
parameters are digitally transmitted by the control unit to the servo amplifier.
Various servo amplifiers (LT353, LT354, LT355 or LTS350D) are available to fit the different sizes of
tightening spindles.
Servo amplifiers LTU350/1 and LTE350D are available for all ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunners. It is
equipped with a display that shows the tightening results and the operating states.
Depending on the servo amplifier, the following interfaces are available:
