QDA protocol
The QDA protocol provides an interface for application of process data including value graphs of
individual process sequences. After each tightening process, the tightening results and the tightening
graphs are analyzed and checked for a respective entry in the tightening position definition (QDA
configuration). The following parameters are checked:
•
Channel number (
Channel
)
•
Program number (
Prg
)
•
Position (
Pos
)
If a matching entry is found in the tightening position definition (all three parameters are identical), the
other parameters are taken over from the configuration. Based on the tightening results data, the ID-code,
the tightening graph and the configuration parameters, a data set is generated in QDA format and stored
temporarily on the CF card.
If no matching entry is found in the tightening position definition, the default parameters are set and a
tightening position name consisting of IP address, channel number, program number and position is
generated. The data set is generated in QDA format and stored temporarily on the CF card.
As soon as a connection to the QDA server (target server) is established, the data is transmitted from the
CF card to the target server in the following order:
•
The graph file (
*.csv
, only for graph transmission) is transmitted first.
•
After successful transmission of the graph data, the data file (
*.dfq
) is transmitted.
•
If an error occurs during transmission of the data file, the related data set is deleted from the CF card.
This order ensures that data pairs (graph file and data file) are always transmitted or not transmitted at all.
If necessary, the transmission is repeated until the complete pair is transmitted without errors. Apart from
the ending, the file names of the graph file and the data file are identical and unique. This ensures that the
data and graphs on the target server can be correctly connected if no ID code is available for the
component.
The QDA protocol is supported as of version V2.400 of the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
.
For using the QDA protocol, a CF350 (memory card) has to be inserted in the compact system (CS) or
the communication unit (KE).
