Supplies, auxiliary materials, tools and measuring devices
For the works to be performed on the WS290 training system, the following
is required:
Hydraulic oil:
HLP VG 22 according to DIN 51519, cleanliness class class 20/18/15 according
to ISO 4406 (tank capacity of the oil tank = 40 liters)
Filter insert return flow filter:
Only use original spare parts R900037088
Protective work clothing according to regulation
Disinfectants, neutralizing agents
Lubricants according to the information provided
Cleaning and maintenance agents, see Maintenance
Cleaning agent (recommended):
Type cold cleaning agent 'AVILUB METASOL V706', art. no. 0298,

Exchanging parts
Only use original spare parts.
When placing a spare part order, always indicate the device type and the
material number, year of construction and part designation.

Promptly remedy any wear on the WS290 training system if
–
occupational safety and functions are at risk
–
consequential damage is to be expected
If elements are damaged, check as to whether or not the wear limit is reached
and decide as to whether or not the exchange should be made immediately or
with the next maintenance.
