When using for the first time: fill the
reservoir completely with water.
According to the manufacturer's
instructions, you can only use
dishwasher detergents with salt
substitutes up to a degree of
hardness of 21 °dH without adding
softening salt.
s The water hardness is 0 - 6
°dH. You do not need to use
softening salt.
3. Note: Only use special salt for
dishwashers.
Do not use salt tablets. Do not
use table salt.
Place the softening salt in the
softening salt reservoir.

Fill the water softening salt

Regenerate the softening
system
Switch off water softening
In order to maintain trouble-free
operation of the softening system,
the device regularly performs a
regeneration of the softening system.
The softening system is regenerated
in all programs before the end of the
main wash cycle. This increases the
running time and the consumption
values of, for example, water and
electricity.
If the refilling salt display bothers you,
for example if you use a combined
dishwasher detergent with a salt
component, you can switch off the
display.
Remark
To avoid damage to the appliance,
only switch off the water softening
in the following cases:
