To reduce the risk of injury, fill
water tray with water only. Do
not add chemicals or detergents to the water.
Never use pan heater source for
heating water. Damage to the
tool, fire or personal injury could result.
NOTE:
Having too little cooling water in the water
tray may damage the saw blade. Never turn on the
machine or plug in the water pump unless the water
level reaches the lowest scale marked on the water
tray.
Operation
1. Insert the water plug into the hole of the water tray.
2. Pour five gallons water into the water tray.
3. Secure the water tray lock (Fig. 30).
4. To insure proper operation, make sure that the
water level in the water tray is at least as high as the
lowest scale marked on the water tray.
To drain the water:
1. Loosen the lock clip.
2. Pull out the water tray approximately 5 inches.
3. Place a five-gallon bucket beneath the water plug.
4. Remove the water plug
5. Allow the water to flow into the bucket.
Or, you can remove the water pump from the water
tray, loosen the lock clip, remove the water tray, and
pour the water out.
To reduce the risk of electric
shock, connect only to a prop-
erly grounded, grounding type receptacle.
To reduce the risk of electric
shock, install only on a circuit
protected by a Ground-fault Circuit-Interrupter
(GfCI).
Risk of electric shock- This
pump has not been investigated
for use in swimming pool or marine areas.

for use with water only.

Power tool plugs must match the outlet.
Risk of electric shock. Test be-
fore each use.
1. Plug GFCI into power outlet (Fig. 29). Indicator
light turns on.
2. PRESS TEST BUTTON. Indicator light turns off.
3. PRESS AND RELEASE RESET BUTTON. Indi-
cator light turns on.
If above test fails, DO NOT USE and have it serv-
iced to correct malfunction.

Before Each Use Inspect Your Saw
•
With the machine disconnected from the
power supply, rotate the blade by hand to
make sure that it moves freely.
•
Use the anti-splash rubber guard for every
operation for which it can be used.
•
Check that the directional arrow marked on
the blade corresponds with the rotational di-
rection of the motor as marked on the blade
guard.
