With an allen wrench remove the four fixing screws

and consequently the whole electrovalve;
Clean with a dry and clean cloth the residual oil on

the electrovalve base;
Do the same thing on the electrovalve surface;

Insert the valve, paying attention to place it in the

same position of the removed one;
Insert and screw the four fixing screws of the elec-

trovalve;
Insert and screw the protection caps on the coils of

the electrovalves;
Power up the machine and try if it works correctly.

Adjustment and replacement of the

mandrel rotation belts
Belts tension adjustment:
Disconnect the machine from power supply;

Remove the belts protection cover;
2.
Test manually belts tension, if too loose operate as
3.
follows:
Loosen the counter-nut on the motor;

Operate on the screw itself in order to restore the

correct tension;
Tighten with the counter-nut.

Belts replacement:
Disconnect the machine from power supply;

Remove the belts protection cover;
2.
Loosen the counter-nut on the motor;
3.
Operate on the screw itself to loosen tension com-
4.
pletely, in order to make it easier to replace the
belts;
Remove both belts from the pulleys;
5.
Check the exact correspondence between the new
6.
belts and the old ones;
Place the new belts on the pulleys;
7.
Operate on the screw on the motor in order to re-
8.
store the right tension;
Tighten with the counter-nut.
