Replacement of the tool arm trolley

After a period of hard work the replacement of the of
the slides of the tool arm trolley in order to recover and
eliminate any clearances.
Warning, in order to execute this operation is adviced
the usage of a tackle, a lifter, a forklift, or as an alterna-
tive 3-4 operators.
Remove, in order, the metal sheet cover of the trolley

translation cylinder, the side metal sheet and the
nut fixing the trolley translation cylinder stem to the
trolley itself .
Position the trolley so that it is possible to insert the

extension in the stem of the cylinder to extract the
trolley and fix it with the self-locking nut previously
removed.
Now, push out completely the trolley from the right
3.
side, being careful to let out a pair of sliders at a
time (specially the second pair); be ready with a
tackle, or a lifter, or a forklift, or as an alternative 3-4
operators because, when completely out, the trolley
will be completely released and without support of
the guides.
In case you want to be more comfortable when han-

dling the trolley it is possible to remove the tool unit
from the trolley itself;
With the trolley on the floor install the new sliders
5.
being careful to put back in place correctly the slid-
ers and the shims connected as shown in the pic-
ture, loosening at the same time as much as possible
the adjustment screws;
Also in this case be ready with a tackle, or a lifter, or

a forklift, or as an alternative 3-4 operators because,
when the trolley is completely out it is completely
released and without support of the guides, push
only lightly the adjustment bolts;
Lubricate abundantly all sliding guides, insert the

first pair of sliders and, always with the help of the
extension, insert also the second pair;
