Faults and what to do about them.
Emergency release
E.g. in the event of a power cut
The programme continues when the
power supply is restored.
However, if the laundry has to be
removed, the washing machine door
can be opened as follows:

Warning
Risk of scalding!
When you are washing at high
temperatures, there is a risk of scalding
if you come into contact with hot
detergent solution and laundry.
If possible, leave it to cool down first.

Warning
Risk of injury!
Reaching into the drum while it is still
turning may cause hand injuries.
Do not reach into the drum when it is
turning.
Wait until the drum has stopped turning.

Warning
Irritation of the respiratory tract!
Any active oxygen that is emitted may
irritate the mucosa and cause eyes to
water.
Do not open the door using the
emergency release if a programme is
running with active oxygen.
Wait until there is no active oxygen in
the drum.
Caution!
Water damage
Any escaping water may cause water
damage.
Do not open the washing machine door
if water can be seen through the glass.

Switch off the appliance. Pull out the
mains plug.
2.
Drain the water
.
3.
Use a tool to pull the emergency
release downwards and then
release.
The washing machine door can then
be opened.
