check whether you can solve the problem
yourself (see the "Fixing minor faults
yourself" section).
Please note that, even during the warranty
period, there is a cost for any inspection of
the device.
If you cannot resolve a fault, switch off and
unplug the appliance, turn off the tap and call
customer service.
The nearest customer service centre to you
can be found in the enclosed address list.
Please enter the customer service the product
number (E number) and production number
(FD) of the appliance. You can find this
information on the label as part of the open
door and thick line of an instrument guard on
the rear panel.
Note the two numbers here for future
reference.
