Help in case of faults
System fault messages are displayed in plain text on the VH2110 hand control.
During faults, the red lamp on the signal tower flashes continuously.
In case of faults in the Agilus robot system:
Connect the KUKA smartPAD hand control to the robot system.
Run the fault diagnostics with the aid of the manufacturer documentation.
If the causes of a fault cannot be detected and eliminated get in touch with the
responsible Bosch Rexroth Customer Service.

General information
•
Report any defects immediately to the competent supervisors so that they can
be repaired quickly. Please note that small defects can lead to major defects if
they are not resolved in a timely manner.
•
Clean the plastic components exclusively with a slightly damp cloth. Only use
water and a mild detergent without chemical additives. Never use solvents or
aggressive cleaning agents.
Before you use a cleaning agent find out about the usability and possible hazards
based on the user notes and
the DIN safety data sheet.
•
Never blow out the training system with compressed air as the sensors and
valves of the function modules can be damaged.
•
Protect the training system against dust and humidity so that it does not get
dirty and so that you can use it for a long time.
