14.1
General information
Poor maintenance causes
•
faults,
•
possibly failure and
•
high repair costs.
If during operation or testing irregularities, deviations, faults or wear is noted,
adhere to the following in all cases:
Immediately take the training system out of operation.
Investigate the cause and repair the defects.
Replace the defective component.
Do not put the WS502 training system back into operation.
14.2
Maintenance schedule
The following table lists the jobs, first by the maintenance intervals and then by
assemblies/components. Maintain the intervals.

instruments
The following are required to work on the WS502 training system:

Protective work clothing according to regulations

Cleaning and care products: cleaning cloths

Test and maintenance log, writing device
