Add/Edit Handset (SIP)
The AQ-101 handset is packaged with BOSST101. Configure this handset directly from
the Web Configurator and then reboot.
This BOSST101 supports up to 24 IP extensions.
Port No. This field displays the port number to which the
handset is registered.
Type This field displays the phone type (SIP).
DND Select
Enable
to allow this handset to ring when
called.
Owner (Ext No.)
Select the owner’s extension number for this handset.
Each user can have a maximum of 3 extensions.
User’s that already have 3 extensions are not listed.
Seizure Dedicated Trunk Select
Enable
to assign a dedicated trunk for this
handset.
Dedicated Trunk
This field is only available if the
Seizure Dedicated
Trunk
field is set to
Enable
.
Select a trunk to assign to this handset (see
Trunks
on page 32
for details on how to configure a trunk).
Prefix Enter up to 16 digits to send as the first part of a
phone number before sending the dialled number.
Registration Account Enter a SIP number to register this handset with
BOSST101.
Registration Password Enter the password to register this account.

this handset for easy recognition (up to 32
alphanumeric characters).
