Potential Wireless Interference
Other wireless and RF technology based equipment operating in close proximity to a similar frequency band may degrade the range and
responsiveness of the Clinician Programmer. If you experience issues with the wireless communication between the Clinician Programmer and
other components of the Boston Scientific Neuromodulation System, the following equipment or devices could be a source of interference:

WiFi routers
• Cordless phones
•
Bluetooth wireless streaming devices
•
Baby monitors
•
Microwave ovens
•
AM/FM radios
• Televisions
Troubleshooting Wireless Coexistence Issues
If you experience issues with the wireless communication behavior between the Clinician Programmer and other components of the Boston
Scientific Neuromodulation System, try the following steps to correct the behavior:
•
Decrease the distance between the two communicating devices if possible
•
Ensure there are no objects between the communicating devices
•
Move the communicating devices away from other equipment or devices that may be a source of interference
Exposure to Radio Frequency (RF) Energy
This device contains radio transmitters and has been designed, manufactured, and tested to meet the European guidelines for RF exposure and
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR).
To ensure that your exposure to RF energy generated by the radio transmitters does not exceed the exposure limits set forth by these
guidelines, orient the device such that the display side is not directly in contact with your body, such as lying the display side down on your lap or
upper body.

This device operation in the band 5150 5250 MHz is only for indoor use to reduce the potential for harmful interference to co‑channel mobile
satellite systems. Users are advised that high power radars are allocated as primary users (i.e. priority users) of the bands 5250 5350 MHz and
5650 5850 MHz and that these radars could cause interference and/or damage to Bluetooth Low Energy LAN devices.
