How to fi ll the water reservoir?
1. Fill the water reservoir at the center hole (fi g. 7). Use a small watering
can or a carafe with a spout. Use room temperature tap water or rain
water. Do not use softened or demineralized water.
2. Pour slowly until the fl oat rises and fully closes the gap. The fl oat
guides you on the maximum amount of water to fi ll. The water reservoir
maximum capacity is 1 liter (34 oz).
Note: A Lingot® takes about 3 hours to rehydrate. If after 3 hours the
surface of the Lingot® is not wet, push it down the basket.
When to add water?
• The mark "MIN" indicates the minimum water level. Fill the reservoir
when you see the "MIN" mark (fi g. 8).
• Do not attempt to fi ll the reservoir beyond the maximum level. Too
much water can harm your plants or cause mold growth.
• Depending on the plant specie, the growing phase and your climate,
you will need to add water every 1 to 3 weeks.
• When you begin a new germination process, rehydrating the Lingots®
will use a lot of water. Fill up again with water 24hours after inserting
new Lingots® in order to get the full reservoir capacity.

Connection
1. Connect an extremity of the adapter in the hole situated behind the support of lighting (1b) (fi g. 9).
2. Connect the other end of the adapter on a wall power socket (fi g. 10).
3. The lighting turn on immediately.
Light timer
• When you plug in the indoor garden, the light will stay on during 16 hours and off during 8 hours. The
light timer automatically provides plants with the optimal amount of “day” and “night”. It is essential for
healthy plants.
• Lights will turn on every day at the time you plugged in your indoor garden.
e.g, If you plug it in at 7:00am, lights will turn off at 11:00pm. It remains like this until you don’t plug off
from the adapter.
• If your plants receive any ambiant light during the day (natural or artifi cial), we recommend that you set
your indoor garden lights to be on during the day.
• To reset the light timer, unplug the adapter for at least 30 seconds.
