Fitness Test

Start to work out and hold the Heart Rate Sensors. The workout starts with a Target Burn Rate that increases with each column. Safely keep your
current Burn Rate in the Target Burn Rate Range, increasing your heart rate. The Target Burn Rate continues to increase automatically until your

you reach the Test Zone, the machine holds the Burn Rate steady for 3 minutes. This lets you reach a stable condition (where your heart rate
becomes steady). At the end of the 3 minutes, the Console measures your heart rate and the power output. These numbers, along with information
about your age and weight, are computed to produce a “Fitness Score”.

SMART MAX Interval
The SMART MAX Interval program is the MAX Interval Workout Program with the Console shifting the resistance level for the User. To get the User
into the Target Burn Rate Range, the Console will adjust the resistance level based on the current RPM.
During a workout, the Console attempts to coach the User into the selected Target Burn Rate range. If the User is above the Target Burn Rate, the
Console will decrease the Resistance Level. If the User is below the Target Burn Rate, the Console will increase the Resistance Level.
The Time Intervals and Burn Rate levels can be customized.
To start a Workout Program:
1. Stand on the machine.
2. Push the PROGRAMS button until you select the desired Workout Program.
3. Push the START/ENTER button to begin the selected Workout Program.
4. When done with your workout, stop pedaling and push PAUSE/END to pause the workout. Push the PAUSE/END button again to end the
workout.
