Assemble Pedestal

Fasten the mounting panels to
the pedestal with four pan head
1/4"- 20 x 1/2" screws supplied.

Install the upper and lower brackets
to the pedestal panels with two pan
head 1/4"- 20 x 1/2" screws and
5/16" I.D washers supplied.
