Installation Instructions continued . . .

IMPORTANT: Verify that power to your Quadra-Fount®  is 24 VAC!

Step 8: Check Operation

1. Check to make sure both stop/check valves are open (see Figure 4 on page 7).

2. Turn on the main water supply to the Quadra-

Fount® and check for leaking.

3. Turn on the electrical power and depress each

Touch Time pushbutton until air is purged from
the lines.

NOTE: The Navigator® TMV valve is NOT factory
preset. Upon installation, the temperature of this
valve must be checked and adjusted to ensure
delivery of a safe water temperature. Water in
excess of 110°F (43°C) may cause scalding.

4. Check the temperature when approximately 1.0

GPM water flow is reached and adjust if
necessary (the range of the valve is 95°F–115°F
(35°C–43°C). To adjust the temperature, follow
the procedure below:

•  Loosen temperature locking nut with wrench.

•  Using a blade screwdriver, turn the adjustment

stem counterclockwise to increase the
temperature or clockwise to decrease the
temperature (Figure 8).

•  Once desired temperature is reached, tighten nut

to prevent temperature change.

Step 9: Install Top Cover

1. Carefully place the top cover with threaded rods

on top of washfountain sprayhead (see Figure 9).

2. Inside the pedestal assembly of the washfountain

(use front access), slide the anchor plate onto the
threaded rods and secure anchor plate against
bowl using the wing nuts provided.

3. To install front panel, slip holes in bottom of

front pedestal panel over the two pins on the
lower bracket (see Figure 10)

4. Secure panel to upper bracket with attached

screw.
